These terms govern the use of the DianDrive website and the auto insurance quote request service offered through it. Using the site, submitting the sign up form or opening an account means these terms are accepted in full.

If any part of what follows is not acceptable, the site should not be used and no information should be submitted through it.

DianDrive is an auto insurance service operated by a single licensed proprietor. The site explains how liability, collision and weather or theft coverage work, and it collects the details needed to prepare a written comparison of the options available for a specific vehicle.

Nothing published on the site is a binding offer of insurance. Coverage begins only when a policy is issued in writing and accepted, and until then no risk is transferred.

Use of this site is limited to residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age and able to enter a binding agreement. The site is not directed at anyone below that age and personal details should not be submitted on behalf of a minor.

An account created through the sign up form is personal to the individual who opened it. The password chosen at sign up should be kept private, and any activity carried out through the account is treated as authorised by its holder.

If an account is used without permission, notice should be sent through the contact details at the end of this document so the account can be secured.

Quotes and coverage comparisons are prepared from the details supplied through the site. Vehicle details, licensed drivers in the household, yearly mileage and where the vehicle is kept overnight all shape the result.

Where submitted details are incomplete or inaccurate, the comparison prepared from them may not reflect the coverage that would actually be issued, and a later correction may change the premium or the terms offered.

Every figure presented before a policy is issued is an estimate based on the information available at that moment. Underwriting, verification of driving records and the rules of the issuing insurer may all change the final terms.

Coverage limits, deductibles and exclusions are set out in the policy documents. Where anything on this site appears to conflict with issued policy wording, the policy wording is what governs.

Submitting the sign up form allows DianDrive to reply by email and, where the relevant consent box has been selected, by text message about the request.

Text message consent is separate for service messages and for marketing messages, and it is never a condition of obtaining a quote. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP to a message, and assistance can be requested by replying HELP. Message frequency may vary and standard message and data rates may apply.

The site may be used to request quotes, manage an account and read the published material. The following are not permitted:

• Submitting details that belong to another person without their permission
• Attempting to access an account, system or data that has not been made available to you
• Interfering with the operation of the site or with the experience of other visitors
• Copying or republishing material from the site for commercial purposes
• Using automated tools to harvest content or submit forms

Access may be suspended where use of the site falls outside what is described here.

The text, layout, graphics, logo and code that make up this site belong to DianDrive or are used under permission. They may be read and shared for personal reference, and they may not be reproduced, adapted or republished elsewhere without written agreement.

Some pages may link to insurers, regulators or other outside resources. Those services are operated independently, and their content, privacy practices and terms are their own. A link is not an endorsement and no responsibility is accepted for what appears once the site has been left.

The site is provided as it stands. Reasonable effort goes into keeping the published material correct and available, and even so no promise is made that the site will be free of interruption or error at every moment, or that the general guidance published on it applies to a particular situation.

To the extent the law allows, DianDrive is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site, including lost time, lost opportunity or loss connected with reliance on general guidance rather than on issued policy wording.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from the site or from its use will be handled in the courts of that state unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.

Where a signed policy or a signup consent includes an arbitration agreement, that agreement governs disputes falling within its scope.

These terms may be revised as the service changes or as the law requires. The revised version applies from the date it is published on this page, and continued use of the site after that point means the revision is accepted.
