If the login will not take you in
Check the email on the policy
The account opens with the address the sign up form was submitted from. If a different inbox was used later, the older address is still the one on the account.
Reset rather than retry
After a couple of failed attempts a reset link is quicker than another guess. Ask for one and the new password takes effect straight away.
Your paperwork is safe either way
